“Created during the height of the pandemic, Curious Crescendo is one of five pieces in the Corona Collection. This special collection revisits the apprehension of such unprecedented times when the world went into lockdown. This sculpture is the beginning of a line of coral-like creations that bring us back to the ocean to escape the demanding realities of our lives. The angst of such unprecedented times juxtaposed brilliantly with the calming resolve I encountered through the clay as it released my soul and mind to breathe deeply and relive memories of life outside this deadly disease.”
